Know More About The Team
My friend asked me to go to the Women’s Wellness Fest, and honestly, I was reluctant. At 47 years old, I never knew women could be this kind and supportive of one another. The experience completely shifted my life—I’ve made the best friends and have attended every single fest since.”
- Rebecca
I tried so many healing modalities I had never even heard of—EFT tapping, light therapy, and a sound bath. I didn’t expect to be so deeply moved, but the experience brought me to tears in the best possible way.” - Nicole C.
I recently moved to the area and didn’t have a community. The Women’s Wellness Fest gave me both friendships and valuable resources for my health journey. I’m so grateful—so much so that I even went on a trip to Europe with four incredible women I met at the event!”

"Helping Others Thrive" in orange cursive font on black background

We are proud to have donated over 200 books to local schools and hospitals, recognizing the value of introducing mindfulness at an early age. Returning to school can stir up a variety of emotions for children. "I HAVE SUPERPOWERS" empowers kids to understand and manage their emotions by teaching them the incredible power of their breath. It inspires them to pause, breathe, and move forward with love. This book is helping children nationwide unlock the superpower of their breath. Visit our website to purchase a copy for a child you care about.
