11:00 AM Wellness Workshop: Fuel, Flow & Feminine Power

Nutrition for energy and hormone health with Mary Beth Perrone of Radiate Wellness
Cycle syncing: aligning your movement & meals with your menstrual phases
Easy, vibrant recipes to support your body through every season
We will be making a healthy snack together
12:30 PM – Nourish & Nurture: Make & Share a Meal
We’ll come together to share a nourishing, hormone-loving meal—then gather for a mindful, sisterhood-style lunch around the table.
2:00 – 3:30 PM – Free Flow Time
Unwind your way: swim, paddle board, sunbathe, journal, or connect with fellow retreat sisters. Let nature and community replenish you.
4:00 – 5:00 PM – Burn It Out: Booty Burn Workout + Live DJ
Let’s move! Roberta will lead a high-energy, body-loving Booty Burn session, powered by live beats from DJ Jesus Vivar. Sweat, smile, and celebrate your strength.
5:00 – 6:00 PM – Epic Sunset Dance Party
Close the day with full hearts and free spirits. Dance it all out and anchor your joy in motion under the setting sun. Let your light radiate.
